Job Responsibilities

• Account for planning, executing and monitoring all operational activities relating to pick up and delivery services
• Achieve high performance quality standard through cost effective manpower and resources management
• Identify and propose effective ways to enhance operational efficiency and execute initiatives to improve work processes, safety and security

Job Requirements

• Form 7 graduated
• A minimum of 5 years’ solid supervisory experience in express, logistics or transportation industries
• Customer-focused, strive for improvement and willing to take ownership
• Strong and effective people management, influencing and communication skills
• Geographic knowledge in Hong Kong
• Computer literacy
• Good command of English and Cantonese
• Good driving experience is preferred
